Beams Plus is the in-house brand for the large Tokyo based department store, Beams. Like many of the brands on the list, it draws inspiration from OG American styles and other points of reference to create unique new pieces with close attention to detail and very good quality. 2. Neighborhood

Masters of collections inspired by counter cultures, Neighborhood's most popular products have become its distressed denim offerings. The collections are usually a mix of “elements from motorcycles, military, outdoor, trad,” and more. Its collaboration with Supreme had people lining up around the block for hours. 6. White Mountaineering

This brand has a knack of balancing vintage and contemporary clothing. The brand's style is influenced by the designer Hideki Kimura's three year stint living in NYC as well as his fascination with the 1950s, while also peppering in qualities of Tokyo street culture.
